To preview your form click the button.

A Field errors box will appear if any fields have not been filled correctly. If a mandatory field has not been filled, the preview will not appear until that error has been corrected.

If an optional field has not been filled, a warning will appear listing the fields that have not been filled, but clicking OK will still produce a preview.
