Standard reports as PDFs from FormTrap	Thu, 12 Mar 09

We use a FormTrap queue for checking off automated Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN’s). These get generated by our QAD system as a report that is required confirming the orders have been completed.

 Using the ‘plain’ form, we have use FormTrap queue to convert the report to PDF (keeping the same format from our system) and email them to our customer service team so they can check the process has been completed accurately.

 Implementing this procedure has reduced the need for a person to manually log into each order to confirm the details are accurate. 

Note:  The forms used are "Plain90" which is a landscape form showing 90 characters across, and "Plain132" which shows 132 characters across a landscape page.  Both are available on request from support@formtrap.com.
