The "Fat" Response Shape

This shape is intended for single responses that are not in adjacent channels and is excellent for single choices, including on B&W Laser Printers. The shape extends vertically outside the scan line and horizontally outside the channel and with reasonable alignment works very well even on B&W Laser Printers. The Tea with Milk choice has the normal "sparse" response shape inside it for comparison, Timing Line height is 19/300th.
